By accessing and using the Internet pages (hereafter the "Pages") of Bioinformatics Academy (hereafter the "Service Provider") the user (hereafter "you") agrees to comply with the following terms.

Rights

The content of the Service Provider's Pages is protected by copyright. The Service Provider reserves all rights to the Pages and their content, including copyright, unless otherwise specified in these terms or the Pages. The content (text or extracts thereof) of the Pages may not be borrowed without reference to their source. The text or extracts thereof may be copied only for the purpose of reading and reproduced only for private use. Pictures or parts of them on the Pages may not be copied or distributed for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

Liability of service provider

The Service Provider shall not be liable for the correctness or reliability of the information displayed on the Pages or available via the Pages, or for accuracy of the products or services sold or retailed on the Pages, or for the correctness of the information related to such products and services. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the content of the opinions or discussion columns on the Pages.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for the content of any pages accessible via links provided on the Pages and which have not been produced or published by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider does not check the content of the information submitted to its Pages by users, nor shall the Service Provider be liable for the material submitted by the users of its Pages.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for the advertisements displayed on its Pages. Advertisers shall be responsible for ensuring that their advertisements are lawful and fit for publication.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage arising either directly or indirectly from the use of the Pages or the information contained therein. The Service Provider is not responsible for availability of the Pages.

Responsibilities of users 

As a user of the Pages you shall be responsible for ensuring that the material and comments you submit is lawful and fit for publication.

You will be responsible for indemnifying the Service Provider for all costs arising from any claims for compensation levied against the Service Provider as a result of the material you submit. You will be liable to compensate the Service Provider or other parties directly for any misuse of the Pages and for any action you take that is illegal or contrary to the terms of this Legal Notice.

You agree not to take action against the Service Provider related to material submitted by you. You are also aware and accept that the Service Provider may, at his discretion and without liability for indemnification, publish the material either wholly or in part and add the material or parts of it to other material, services or products.

Some of the Service Provider's pages or services may contain additional terms which are stipulated on the pages in question or which you are required to accept before being able to register with the service or to open its pages.

Rights of service provider

The Service Provider reserves the right at any to time to prevent access to the Pages and to change the material on the Pages. The Service Provider may at any time remove the user's material from the Pages.
